~lan: While using store.lsi.com to purchase an item their website hung while processing my cart. After waiting ** minutes watching the "processing" screen I refreshed - Order never processed however I now have a $**** hold on my card * days after the fact and they have no explanation. Phone and email support is worthless, if a response is ever given.
