GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's LabCorp customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-juliedi: I am an RN and medically complex patient, from ****-** Labcorp lost all my stat and routine lab results from my Toxicologist. I sent a letter to Arizona Department of Health Services who regulates, CLIA, the regulatory agency that polices the labs. The compliacance officer from LabCorp was pleasant but took a long time to return calls and emails. The last email I sent was returned, thus the letter to the Arizona Department of Health Services. Why would I dig thru all my lab results to give them to put in the computer and why would my world re-nown MD toxicologist want to waste time fixing their problem . So the supervisors know me by first name. I have cited them for not reviewing my name and DOB on the lab tubes, are the results really mine? No nametags! Asked for a supervisor, no business cards, advised by employee, "We are all supervisors." Since they cannot get my lab draws correct and put me at the end of the day, when I have an appointment, so they can try to get the right labs. Therefore, I drive * hours round trip to a local hospital to get my labs drawn and reported correctly. I would recommend Sonora Labs, but my healthplan does not contract with them, maybe they would if CLIA wrote them a letter and you all contact the State Department of Insurance and file a report using CLIA, regulatory criteria. CLIA documents and is a part of the federal government watchdog agencies. Just mention the word CLIA to a lab person and watch their reaction! Prayers to live and get the right lab results! Google CLIA!!!!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-juliedi: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LabCorp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-juliedi: For that I would say four out of five.

GetHuman-juliedi: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LabCorp to know who you are.
