~Mary: When we came home after my daughter's blood draw, the blood had soaked through the cotton ball and dripped down her arm. I could tell blood had seeped under her skin all around the draw point. I just wanted to know how to minimize bruising. Customer service told me they "weren't doctors" and said I could apply ice if I wanted. Seems to me there should be a script ready to go to advise people when they've had a crappy draw!!!
