~lrh: The woman who answered does not work for Lacrosse Technology* she is located in North Carolina, not Wisconsin* she had no idea how my wireless thermometer should be set up* and she was not able to give me a phone number for the company headquarters in Wisconsin so I could ask for their tech support. Otherwise, she was polite and honest, which is why I gave her a * instead of a *.
