~mugwamp: Lactaid does not work. I got so sick from this stuff that I actually threw up. So much for lactose intolerance. The product was very expensive and does not work.

~mugwamp: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mugwamp: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lactaid's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mugwamp: For that I would say one out of five.
