Have called they * times, and EVERY time, the trained seal said 'I have supervisor approval' and we'll get it out today. NO they did not.**finally sent a nastygram via email. got a reply ' we are sending a check. will be there in * - ** days'. It has bee ** days since then.**It has been *** days since I first called them to request refund.
