~mjkauer: hey, I don't understand this program...It doesn't make sense what password is what... I need to get back to my own original way. I need someone to call me and get rid of this piece of S****If you had someone that could talk me thru it maybe I would buy the premium

~mjkauer: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mjkauer: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LastPass's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mjkauer: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other LastPass customers?
~mjkauer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LastPass to know who you are.
