~angmaz: You are calling the phillipines. They will not tell you the truth. They will tell you they will ship a replacement out for * day delivery then * days later you will still be begging them to just ship it out no matter how long it takes. I am military and am getting ready to deploy, they will not expedite my replacement to get here before I leave. As if it wasn't bad enough that the toy didn't work when my daughter received it on Christmas now I can't even give her one that does before I leave. Nice leap frog.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting LeapFrog. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a LeapFrog problem?
~angmaz: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~angmaz: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LeapFrog's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~angmaz: For that I would say one out of five.

~angmaz: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LeapFrog to know who you are.
