~bbwex: Ordered a new all-in-one desktop, and it was to arrive right when we got to our vacation home. It did not work properly and Lenovo decided to replace it. The problem is that they are in no hurry. After three days, there is no order for the replacement machine, and I was told it would take * business days to get a call that a new order was going to be created. I have a *-day on site warranty, but it is going to take weeks to get the machine replaced. No urgency to take care of the problem. None.

~bbwex: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~bbwex: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lenovo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~bbwex: For that I would say one out of five.
