~Comp User: Purchased new Lenovo IdeaPad, dead out of the box. Sales support *India, ugh!!* would not replace, only offered to have me ship the laptop back and wait for a refund. "you may then shop for another Lenovo product" yeah, right! Never buying another Lenovo POS computer & I suggest you don't either if you value your time and want to buy a computer that actually works!

~Comp User: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Comp User: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lenovo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Comp User: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Lenovo customers?
~Comp User: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lenovo to know who you are.
