GetHuman-starbrow: I want to tell the CEO of Lexus that I cannot stand the predator grill on their cars and want them to do a different design!!!
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-starbrow: It isn't just me. I have several friends with Lexus cars and they won't buy a new one because the grill is so unattractive. It looks like a big mouthed bass!

GetHuman-starbrow: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-starbrow: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lexus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-starbrow: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-starbrow: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lexus to know who you are.
