~dissatisfied: Love their cloths* hate their service and customer support. Particularly resent their "package of sunshine" analogy. They charged my credit card and ** days later my "package of sunshine" has still not shipped. Included in my order was a full priced item for one of my daughter"s best friends **th birthday. My daughter went to the party, sans gift. When I call customer service I get a recording telling me that I should understand that they are overwhelmed and no one can give me any info on the status of my order, but, if I chose to do so I can wait on hold for an eternity and never actually have my call answered. Again, love Lilly product, but their manner of doing business is shameful* they lack integrity and seem to think that is justifiable because they claim to "deliver sunshine". Actually, I think they are blowing "sunshine" up our butts!!!!!!!!!!
