~secretshopper81: SCAM COMPANY...I paid over $** to return their used, claiming to be new merchandise without any reimbursement. Credit card company is the only way you will get any of your money back. Terrible customer service, very rude, not apologetic about how I felt receiving the shapewear this way. They had no interest to make things right, but were very accusatory. It took * weeks to receive my package from the purchase date. They say on their website they reimburse shipping the item back to them if received damaged or incorrect merchandise but they refused to pay me anything. BUYER BEWARE!
