GetHuman-303788: All I need is a downloadable upgrade from my WinXP driver to Win*. Went to the online support and they only provide what seems to be a MacBinary file. I tried Stuffit Deluxe **** on it, and it's apparently not a supported file format. Called tech support, and they want to charge $** to have me work through the issue with a tech. Funny... why wouldn't they just provide a working file for free when upgrades are needed? The tech on the phone was insistant that only a proper technical support person could be able to set up the router. Funny again... since I set up the router (via XP) the first time myself. They obviously have no concerns about good support through the phone service since they can't even provide a working compressed file that is expandable through their online support. And that's just dumb since it's suppose to be a Win* compatible driver, why not make the compression format Windows compatible??? Lame... I'll never again purchase a Linksys product of any kind. The

GetHuman-303788: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

GetHuman-303788: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-303788: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Linksys to know who you are.
