~archetype: I JUST SPENT ** MINUTES ON HOLD AGAIN. AS SOON AS IT CLICKED OVER THEY HUNG UP ON ME... Seriously Logitech? Guess who I am not buying products from anymore...**That makes:**-*** minutes on hold over the course of * days**-Countless hours on the forums trying to get the Link to work (I even helped multiple people get theirs working...)**-* Failed Level * Tech Support call backs**-* Emails that were never answered (One was even to the VP of Customer Care)-One week of a useless plastic paper weight**-One pissed off customer

~archetype: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~archetype: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Logitech's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
