~Unhappy: L&T.com put a hold on my debit card for merchandise I never bought. In a conference call with my bank they agreed it was an error and agreed to send a fax to the bank to release the funds. Four days later, Jennifer the supervisor seems to have found better things to do than sign the letter and fax it. Don't do business with these people. Customer service is a foreign language to Jennifer.
