GetHuman-143837: First call wanted old credit card no. I did not have. Had to call bank for old no. Then call MSN again. ** min. *st time ** this time. Actually talked with same person. She must have been only one working that day. I answered *** questions, gave her new credit card no. paid one month was taken from bank account. This was*-* months ago. No other payments have been taken out. I have tried several times in the last week to reach a human to find out why you are not taking payment out. The automative service says no account with my phone no. Same phone no I've had for over ** years. Only been on MSN FOR * YRS. Now my acc has been cancelled. Even tried the email address for support and it does not work. I WANT A NO. SO I CAN TALK TO REAL LIVE AMERICAN THAT SPEAKS ENGLISH LIKE ME. TIRED OF PEOPLE THAT CLAIM THEY TALK ENGLISH, BUT SOUNDS LIKE PIG LATIN...
