GetHuman-40734: Worst customer service ever!!.Have called prob ten times trying to get thru to someone, talked to someone twice finally, he did not tell me what I needed to do first time. Apparently gave me email that no one responds to, been on hold w* Cust service a good * hrs or more total, finally hanging up. It is ridiculous you are not that busy where you can't answer phone calls unless your products all that junk.Its because I have problem with products I bought and obviously you don't want to stand behind them.If I was wanting to buy something I wonder if I would have same problem. Been dealing w* this a good * weeks!
