~dee: my daughter went to return merchandise the manager made her wait over ** minutes gave her bs excuses why she couldnt return an item even though she paid with her macy card didnt even bother to do a thorough search when she finally called customer service the manager then decided to refund the money she was very snotty and rude oh this is located in city place in wpb fla then i called to inform them of the incident and i was hung up on giving an idont care attitude i am so dispointed both myself and my daughter spend alot of money they need to make more effort on customer service since we pay there checks
