~June L Messerly: Called this no. because I had received an Email from Macy's saying an order of mine had been cancelled. Had all pertinent info when I called. I had GREAT difficulty understanding young woman who answered. *Eventually she communicated she would send a duplicate order. Then a second prob came up. Macy's had incorrect zip code on my order. This led to much mostly incomprehensible communication from her. Eventually I asked to talk to supervisor. Was put on hold and after several minutes of waiting I hung up. I would like a phone no. where I can talk to a person at MACY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE.
