GetHuman10985: I bought a pair of. $*** jeans last week, they were getting ready to close so i listen to the employee about the size conversion instead of trying them on she said for a size * i would need a size ** so i did, got home put them on and they are way to big, of course i had already cut off all the tags but i had my receipt, so i go back today to exchange them for the right size , once i got there i cant find my receipt anywhere but i figured no big deal i just want a different size. So when they punch in the code from the pants they come up as black so they say there is nothing they can do. I drove ** mins one way to get there for one , these pants are $*** your employee told me the wrong size and because some other employee put in the wrong color in the computer. Im stuck with an expensive pair of jeans i cant even where? Wheres the costumer service in that, im not trying to get my money back just the right size.
