You hide the customer service number on your web page, make it nearly impossible to actually speak to with human, and then give them no authority to provide an appropriate resolution to a completely screwed up order. Congrats to your Vice President of Customer Service and to your CFO - you lowered your costs and shifted them to your customers. Nice job!
