GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-jimsrob: Was attempting to buy a Fitbit at the location and spoke to * different associates who all responded that they did not know anything about the item when I had questions about it and also about the sizes. Only * actually opened the case so I could look at it then would not let me try it on and it had already been obviously opened. The store was located at **** Valley View Blvd. Valley View Mall, Roanoke, VA *****
