~Dosita: Thank goodness for your website gethuman.com. I could NOT get a person on the phone at Macy's. None of the phone prompts could take me to an agent. I returned an item by mail and instead of refunding my Macy's credit card they sent me a gift card for the refund amount! Of course I wanted the money credited to my card, not a gift card. What a scam. Thankfully the agent at Macy's was very kind and arranged to transfer the gift card amount to my credit card account and complete my refund correctly. They said this could take *-** business days so we shall see how that part goes. I am just so glad to have gotten through to a person. Thanks, GetHuman!
