GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-christa7: In September I missed a Macys Credit Card payment. I called a few days later, paid the account, and asked if the Late Fee of $** could be forgiven. After asking a manager, the agent said yes, she would do that for me. It was never done. I called a *nd time. That agent said she would take off the $**. She took off $**. I called again. This agent said she too would make this a priority and would make sure the entire amount was taken off. Never happened. I am now calling a *th time and very discouraged. The woman I am talking to now doesn't seem to know anything.
