GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Macy's customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-lynzs33: Your web site didn't work, my order was completed over the phone. My bank card was charged * separate pending charges totaling $***.**. The total of the * items I purchased was $**.**. Within ** minutes I called I was told it was my fault for hitting order button on line more than once. I canceled entire order. Only $**.** was canceled on my card. You shipped order out on **th even though order was canceled! You are refusing to credit my bank card for teaming amount of $**.** that is still pending on a $**.** purchase. That was canceled!!!!!! I have spoken with multiple people who claim they are managers. They have even tried to conference my bank, where I would have to reveal private security information with a third party on the line. When I refused to do this they told me that they couldn't do anything to help me! Even though they were able to refund part of the over charges! They have told multiple lies. And made every excuse as to why they cannot return the funds or stop pending charges! I was never told anything about any authorization fee and you have committed fraud by charging my card three times the amount of my puchase. As I result if your employees refusing to right this wrong. I have had to cancel my bank card and file charges with fraud department. I cannot believe a company like macys would treat anyone like this. I have tried for days to reach corporate headquarters leaving multiple messages. None of my calls have been returned! SHAME ON YOU MACYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
