~No Phone at Home: Customer service is a difficult job especially if the company has not trained agents properly and do not provide adequate support for agents who run into problems resolving issues. If they cannot solve an issue, it seems to be common practice to pass the customer to the next **% top rated agent. I was past to the next **% top rated agent * times and disconnected twice. Each new agent asked me to perform another brand new procedure, which created additional problems to add to my original reason for calling. After * hours, I requested a supervisor. The supervisor did not ask why I requested a supervisor and only wanted to perform another brand new procedure, was not capable of accessing my computer and disconnected me again when transfering me to another **% top rated agent. I recommend all the time. Thi
