~Sandra Miller: I was transferred from the level * helpdesk who could not solve the issue, to the senior operative to take over my computer. This transfer was done * times and one transfer took over * hours. My computer settings were changed and now MJ still does not work, and I cannot print to either of my * wireless printers (they are all offline despite trying to reinstall them.) I will try again on chat. I think that the MJ hardware has failed and have suggested that a new one is shipped out.

~Sandra Miller: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sandra Miller: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sandra Miller: For that I would say five out of five.
