GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's MagicJack customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~laprimevere: Purchased September ****.Easy to install. But that is the only good thing I can say about it. Very poor call quality.**% of the time the calls were too static to hear the person I was speaking to.**% of the time the caller could hear me but I could not hear them. **% of the time I had no dial tone at all. You have to pay an additional fee if you want to be able to dial ***. they charged me to port my old number over to their service and when I cancelled and wanted to port my number back to my old carrier they charged me another $**(vindictive fee).customer service was no help at all. Overall a bad product. Cheap, but you get what you pay for which is not much.

~laprimevere: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~laprimevere: For that I would say three out of five.
