GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's MagicJack customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Harry: The Worst Customer Service I have ever talk with or witnessed! The Supervisor(Mae)hung up on me after just telling her not to assume I was done. **I copied and pasted the transcript between us as proof into MS Word* as the usual printer associated with this chat and most others has never worked for me. The Magic Jack representative kept telling me that I had agreed to pay a $*.** charge for a custom number when I purchased with a * yr Platinum Plus Plan. My emailed receipts states such on it!!!!! The CS mgr (Mae) kept lying to me as well as attempted to avoid as well as refused to answer several questions I requested answers to regarding the co's legal registered agent was, where are they incorporated (City and State). The company has no way (they are not allowed) to E-mail or Fax a receipt to the company. Mae refused to listen to my complaint and lost a potential sale of ** - *** of their products over the next year for sales representatives (so I could control ownership of these numb

~Harry: For that I would say three out of five.
