~The Jazzman: The customer service representative was quite helpful. I was able to resolve the problem. However, so far I have not received an updated bill. I called because after signed up for the $** deal, I was prompted to a screen that allowed me to get the same deal for on $**. The service representative stated she had made the change and I am waiting on an invoice.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting MagicJack. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a MagicJack problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~The Jazzman: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~The Jazzman: For that I would say one out of five.
