~Linda: I called to give a compliment to Magnavox but the minute you say tv they say they can't help you (not in those exact words). I want to tell Magnavox that my tv just died. It is a Magnavox. I had it for ** years. I will always reccomend Magnavox. I just ordered a new tv. It is a Manavox. Keep up the great work!

~Linda: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Linda: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Magnavox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Linda: For that I would say four out of five.

~Linda: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Magnavox to know who you are.
