~Talla: I had trouble getting through, and then got cut off mid-call, so I was prepared to give a horrible review. When I first called back I was told there was up to an hour wait. However, when I pointed out that I had already been on hold, I was able to talk to someone within about five minutes, and she was extremely helpful. So, thumbs down to Magnavox for the quantity of available operators, but thumbs up to the nice service rep who answered my question.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Magnavox. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Magnavox problem?
~Talla: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Talla: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Magnavox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Talla: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Magnavox customers?
~Talla: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Magnavox to know who you are.
