~sehodge: Magnavox does not care about it's products or customers. I just bought (today) a new HDD DVR*DVD and the RF OUT connection does not work. Magnavox's Tech Support (* different calls) said that it is a known issue but Magnavox will not do anything about it. They said it is not covered under the warranty.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Magnavox. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Magnavox problem?
~sehodge: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sehodge: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Magnavox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sehodge: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Magnavox customers?
~sehodge: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Magnavox to know who you are.
