~Dr. Douglas Bentley: I asked what happened to my appointments on my old calender when you put up the new calender. i told him I was told the appointments would be carried forward to the new calender and we have * premium accounts this has happened to. The person I talked to had trouble with english and had no idea what is going on. he said he would get back by email. But we lose money every hour your company does not do what it promised us. So what is up with this. I have had a premium account since **** it is *****@***.com help please
