~VictoriaMary: I have not been able to access my e-mail account with Mail.com since May **, ****. I have had a mail.com e-mail account for many years and very satisfied until now. Within the last six days I have not been able to access my account and log in. It says the e-mail and password combination is not correct. I have not changed anything. I did try to change the password to see if it would correct the situation but I was unable to do so. I called the help line and they said they could not help me. Can anyone help? I need my account for business purposes and it is very important. I have followed all of their instructions and nothing works.
