~Duncan: I've been a premium member for years. They are as terrible at response and tech support as they are with the FREE service. Stay away. They will not let you cancel and threaten to send you to collections.

~Duncan: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

~Duncan: For that I would say two out of five.
