~f1b3ropt1k: Made two purchases from them totaling *k USD. First product was not delivered as ordered and had a part broken. Took * months to get it fixed. Second item was ordered and paid for ** days ago and still has not shipped. This is an international transaction. All they say is there are delays for all customers but when you are out *k usd already that's not a great answer coming from a small company who could just go out of business and leave you high and dry.
