GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Marriott customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-310262: I am a Marriott Vacation Club member and I also purchased destination points. Many assurances and promises were made in their presentations, however, when you try to book a vacation you can't get what you want when you want it and in my case, I was forced to use Interval for one of my weeks and was promised my vacation was available. After Interval Marriott Desk had my vacation week they told me the vacation I traded for WAS NOT available and tried to sell me something else. Everytime I asked for a supervisor I was either cut off or put back in the waiting cue. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GetHuman-310262: For that I would say two out of five.
