GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-dannys2: My return was denied because my receipt was smudged and you couldn't read the exact date... Even though I had a receipt with the very items I purchased and how I paid and everything else. I even asked for store credit AFTER I had paid cash. Two pairs of jeans, both split through the crotch... It was evident the Jeans were poorly manufactured... But even after all that , I was straight up denied. I've never been treated with such discard. Marshalls return policy states over ** days you will receive store credit (certain restrictions apply) and even then I was told, 'nope'...
