GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-rutting: Was assigned my number. Noticed that * numbers below mine was being served. Waited, and waited, more the ** mins. My alpha group (A) had never been called. Questioned attendant at island, she checked with server, "we don't know why 'A' isn't being called." Waited longer, another ** mins to finally get served even though at least a dozen people who came after me were served first. Found out that it was the sort of business (inspection finalization & perm tags) caused my unacceptable wait. What difference does the type of business I want to do have with being served in turn, MVA? None, you're discriminating and allowing employees to choose their work.
