GetHuman-198247: I have a father in a nursing home who receives masshealth to pay for his stay. The nursing home has been getting letters from masshealth stating they will no longer be getting paid by masshealth due to me not sending in the review masshealth requires me to fill out for him. I sent them a review form with all the same information requested. I called masshealth and I was told by the automated line that it was indeed received..I went further and spoke to an actual person who told me yes in deed we have it, it was received march **. Now I just got a letter stating he has been terminated from the program because I never sent them the review form so he will no longer be receiving benifits to pay for his nursing home care!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE in the mean time my father is with out coverage and the nursing home is kicking him out! way to go masshealth, ruining lives one incompitant office after another
