GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Match.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-410115: Charges for an unauthorized renewal of six months was added to my account by match.com. Charged to my credit card on file. I was unable to reach customer service or cancelle my credit card information on the account on the weekend when I noticed the charge. I called my bank and reported a fraudulant charge. When I spoke to the customer service agent she said that renewing without notification is what they do routinely.. its in the fine print agreement, and they were not available on the weekend. ( also the website was down) She refunded my money as I had not used their service for the last month. I changed my credit card to be safe.. as I was unable to take my number out of their site and did not want further problems.

GetHuman-410115: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-410115: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Match.com to know who you are.
