~midnightengale: Even though I cancelled my service via their website, they still charged me for another * months, and claim to have no record of me discontinuing the service. So, if you want to cancel, call the customer service number (which you will have to go online to get). Also, after a couple weeks chatting with a member, it suddenly became clear that he was a scammer. He wanted me to send electronic goods to an overseas address in Africa! I reported this to Match and received an email response saying they could not find any member by that name. This is a crime and they should have at least taken down some information. So, if you get scammed, you are on your own. Very disappointed in Match customer relations. Buyer beware!

~midnightengale: For that I would say one out of five.
