~pretty_lady44: First off it was suppose to remember my password and it didnt. So, iwas trying to retrieve my password and it would not submit the email after I filled out all the information it asked for. It said it was my user name, my sign in name like it was a default on my* end even though it was working perfectly up until yesterday. All I need is to be able to make a new password. Send me a email to be able to do this without any problems or complications and I will be a happy customer. I refused to be bill or charged for three months and I can get onto your site to use it. Especially, since it a problem with your site that doesnt allow me to retrieve a new pass word.

~pretty_lady44: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~pretty_lady44: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Match.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pretty_lady44: For that I would say five out of five.

~pretty_lady44: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Match.com to know who you are.
