~fionacnly: I had canceled my subscription about a week after I bought it because I was totally unsatisfied with the whole service. Followed online cancellation instructions and got confirmed (unfortunately didn't save copy of email). * months later, got charged for another * months. Called the * today, spoke with Carol, immediately got credited for total amount. Very happy with service, Carol was very friendly.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Match.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Match.com problem?
~fionacnly: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~fionacnly: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Match.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~fionacnly: For that I would say four out of five.
