~Green Kay 83: I made sure within the * months to call and cancel because I was unhappy (men were worse than free dating sites). I talked to the woman "Sara" for almost ** minutes, who assured me to stay and made sure I would get my * months free. I find out two months later they charged me again for another * months. I emailed twice their customer service with no response. I finally called and spoke with a "Cameron" who told me because I logged onto the site (I had to do so to de-activate my account), I was using the site. He also had no record of me talking to anyone at Match, and no emails. He said that in order to get your *-month guarantee you must be sure to go onto the site to redeem it. I explained I did not do so because I had spoken to the other person.*I ended up having to call my credit card company who cancelled the card, had me file a fraudulent charge report, and get a new card not days before Christmas. This just happened. Bottom line: you will find better people on free sites (good l
