~antigonerising: I say horrible because I have not been able to find a phone number for match on the web site. I could not get in to match using the login I had been using for months. I looked all over the web site and could not find a phone number. In one spot, it said to call them if all the other advice they gave me failed. It did fail! But they very cleverly tell you to call them but don't supply a phone number. It has been nearly a week since I have been on match because my login all of a sudden doesn't work. I think it stinks that they don't put their phone number in an easy-to-find place on their web site. Are they trying to save money by making it hard to reach them or are they trying to test my patience?

~antigonerising: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~antigonerising: For that I would say one out of five.
