~m311: I wanted to dispute a renewal charge. The lady tried to talk around the issue for a while asking all kinds of questions about why I wanted to cancel and then rereading me the contract. She finally stopped when I had to say to stop arguing with me and tell me if she could help me. She did refund my charges which is the only reason I gave the service a *. When someone calls to complain or wants their money back, no not try to get them to sign up for more services. I will never use match again. Not because of the actual services but because of bad business practices.
