GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Match.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-435010: Match.com is TERRIBLE about letting customers know that their subscription is expiring. Not the least bit proactive. They tried to cjharge my credit card, but since my card was stolen, I have a new credit card number. Do you think they bothered to communicate with me about this via e-mail? "Hey, Norm, we tried to charge your credit card but it didn't go through. Would you mind clicking here to update your payment details." No, that would be too easy. Nope, they just shut off my account. And they don't provide a phone number on their web site. And they won't provide e-mail support either, because since mu account was turned off, I am a non-subscriber. Can't believe how such a large comapny can be so mis-managed.

GetHuman: And what about Match.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-435010: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-435010: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Match.com to know who you are.
